Refunds & Returns Policy
At Tea Moi, we take great care in sourcing and preparing our loose-leaf teas to ensure they arrive with you in perfect condition.
Your Right to Cancel (Distance Selling Regulations)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
Unless the goods are faulty or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning the items.
Food & Freshness Standards
As our products are perishable food items, the right to cancel does not apply to goods that are sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery.
We can therefore only accept returns of tea products that are:
- Unopened
- Unused
- In their original sealed packaging
This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Faulty or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and photographs where possible.
We will arrange:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund
Return postage costs will be covered where the product is faulty or incorrect.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued within 14 days of:
- Receiving the returned goods, or
- Receiving evidence that the goods have been returned
Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
Shipping & Delivery
We carefully prepare each order to ensure your tea arrives fresh and beautifully presented.
Order Preparation
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days. During seasonal or promotional periods, dispatch times may be slightly extended.
UK Delivery
Standard UK delivery is estimated at 2–5 working days from dispatch. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we will liaise with the courier to resolve the matter.
